Will the MudPuppy Life Vest work for my dog?

When properly sized and fitted, our life vest will add to your dog's natural buoyancy to assist them while swimming in the water. MudPuppy Life Vests are made with a durable but flexible neoprene fabric that allows a comfortable fit for your dog, giving them maximum mobility without sacrificing buoyancy in the open water. Adjustable straps ensure a safe fit for every pup.

If my dog is in between sizes, which size vest should I choose?

MudPuppy Life Vest sizing is based on the girth measurement of your dog’s ribcage (the widest part of the ribcage behind the dog's front legs). Once you have taken this measurement, please refer to our sizing chart below. If your dog's measurement falls between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size. 

We've also customised a pair of MudPuppy Goggles to match our MudPuppy Life Vest. These multi-use goggles protect your dogs eyes whether its on a sunny day out on the water, or a windy motorbike ride. Our black semi-transparent lenses provide UVA/UVB protection, blocking 99.9% of harmful UV rays and are impact resistant. Our frames are both flexible, durable and lined with foam to provide full protection from debris. 

We offer the goggles in 3 sizes. Measure the head circumference where you expect the goggles to land on the forehead, typically an inch or so behind the eyes. Please refer to the sizing and measurement guide to determine the best size for your pup.
